The X-Mom Nanny Promise

Every X-Mom Getaway that includes children comes with traveling certified nannies who journey with your group. While kids are safe, cared for, and having the time of their lives — moms actually get to exhale. Minimum 2 nannies per trip, more added based on group size. This is what sets X-Mom Getaways apart from every other group trip.

How It Works

You put down a deposit. We do the work. Here's exactly what to expect.

Reserve Your Spot

Pay your deposit securely online to hold your place. Deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by This Mom-ish.

We Hit Our Minimum

Once we reach the minimum number of families, the trip is officially confirmed. You'll receive an email with next steps.

Book Your Flights

As soon as the trip is confirmed — book your flights. Don't wait. The earlier you book, the better the price, especially for longer trips.

We Book Everything

Hotel or group houses, certified traveling nannies, excursions — all confirmed using collected funds once minimum is reached.

Pay on Schedule

50% of your balance is due 3 months before departure. Final balance is due 2 months before. Auto-reminders sent.

Show Up & Exhale

You arrive, the nannies are there, the houses are ready, the moms are together. The only thing left to do is be present.

Payment Timeline

Every trip follows this same payment structure. Book early — the earlier you deposit, the more time you have to pay.

Non-refundable. Holds your spot. Amount shown on each trip card. Processed securely online.

When Trip Is Confirmed

Book Your Flights

As soon as the minimum is reached and your trip is confirmed, book your flights right away. The earlier you book, the better the price — especially for longer trips.

3 Months Before Trip

50% of Balance Due

Half of your remaining trip balance is due. Auto-reminder sent. Nanny bios and trip details shared.

2 Months Before Trip

Final Balance Due

Remaining balance paid in full. Complete itinerary, packing list, and all logistics confirmed and sent.

If We Cancel

If This Mom-ish cancels the trip for any reason, you receive a full refund of every payment made including your deposit. No exceptions.

If You Cancel

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel after the minimum is reached, no refund is issued. We encourage travel insurance for peace of mind.

If Minimum Not Reached

If we do not reach the minimum number of families by the booking deadline, all payments except the deposit are fully refunded.

The Nanny Promise

Traveling nannies are confirmed once the trip minimum is reached. Nanny bios and credentials are shared before final payment.
